Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of www.polvix.pl and the commercial relationship between POLVIX Sp. z o.o. and its B2B counterparties. By using the website or submitting an RFQ you accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
'POLVIX' means POLVIX Sp. z o.o., NIP PL1231579561, Główna 67, 05-502 Bobrowiec, Polska. 'Website' means www.polvix.pl. 'RFQ' means a Request for Quotation submitted via the website. 'Customer' means a business entity entering into a commercial relationship with POLVIX.
2. B2B Scope
POLVIX trades exclusively with business entities. The website and our services are not directed at consumers within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Consumer protection provisions do not apply.
3. RFQs and Offers
Information on the website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. An RFQ is a non-binding inquiry. A binding contract is formed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties or by POLVIX's express written acceptance of a purchase order.
4. Prices, Delivery and Payment
Prices, MOQs, lead times, Incoterms, payment terms and certifications are negotiated and confirmed in each individual contract. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, layout) is the property of POLVIX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish content without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the Website.
7. Disclaimers
The Website is provided 'as is'. POLVIX makes no warranties as to availability, accuracy or completeness of content. Material specifications shown online are indicative; binding specifications are agreed per contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLVIX's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any individual contract shall not exceed the value of that contract. POLVIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government measures, energy or raw material supply disruptions, or transport failures.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contracts are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the common court competent for POLVIX's registered seat.
11. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one closest to the original intent.
